FIT-SET-GO は、トレーニングメニューの作成、インターバルタイマーの実行、通知設定、実行履歴の確認を行うためのアプリです。

FIT-SET-GO is an app for creating training menus, running interval timers, setting notifications, and reviewing execution history.

本アプリは個人開発による小規模アプリです。

This app is a small independently developed app.

本アプリは、ユーザーが入力したトレーニングメニュー、種目名、秒数、セット数、通知設定、実行履歴、表示設定などの情報を取り扱います。

これらの情報は、タイマー機能、通知機能、履歴表示、設定保持のために利用されます。

本アプリは、ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成または入力したトレーニングメニュー、種目名、運動時間、休憩時間、セット数、通知設定、実行履歴、表示設定その他のアプリ利用に必要な情報を取り扱います。

The App handles information created or entered by the user in the App, including training menus, exercise names, workout time, rest time, set counts, notification settings, execution history, display settings, and other information necessary for app use.

本アプリは、以下の目的のために情報を利用します。

本アプリで取り扱う情報は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者に提供しません。

また、現時点で、ユーザー情報を外部サーバーへ送信する仕組み、広告配信、アクセス解析を目的とした仕組みは実装していません。

本アプリは、ユーザーが設定した通知を行うため、端末の通知権限を利用します。

6. 保存期間および削除 / Retention and Deletion

本アプリで取り扱う情報は、ユーザーが削除または変更するまで、主に端末内に保持されます。

Information handled by the App is primarily retained on the device until the user changes or deletes it.

本アプリは、開発者の管理する外部サーバーにユーザーデータを保存していないため、開発者側で保持されるユーザーデータベースはありません。

Because the App does not store user data on developer-controlled external servers, there is no developer-side user database retaining user data.

ユーザーは、本アプリ内で作成したメニュー、通知設定、実行履歴等を変更または削除できます。

Users can modify or delete menus, notification settings, and execution history within the App.

7. 同意の撤回および設定変更 / Withdrawal of Consent and Settings Changes

通知機能を利用しない場合、ユーザーは端末の設定から通知権限を変更または無効化できます。

If a user does not wish to use notifications, notification permission can be changed or disabled in the device settings.
